Our main aim is that our clients feel satisfied with the overall shopping experience, that is why your ideas and suggestions are always welcome and listened to. We hope you enjoy your purchase!

If you are not content with what you have received, whatever the reason, please contact us within 15-days of receipt if you wish to return the product/s.

Return shipping charges

The return would be free if you receive an imperfect or mistaken item. In this case we will send you a new or correct item. If you wish to return the item for any other reason, the shipping cost is chargeable and will depend on the type of service chosen.

Returns and exchanges

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please fill in the following form or contact us via email at shop@companiadelsol.com and we will get back to you to provide the necessary instructions.

Requirements

1. Required information: state your Order Number, your name, and the reason why you wish to return the item. Don’t forget to attach a photo as well.

2. Any item returned must be received back in its original condition - this means it must be unworn, undamaged, free of any type of mark or stain and have all original tags attached. 

3.  Once we have received the items back, we will refund the sum you paid in terms of a Gift Card that you can later use for purchasing at our shop.
